If you are committed or married, it is often that the partner cares about you a lot and helps to sustain good physical health and emotional well being but, sometimes, some fights or misunderstandings happen, which disturbs you physically and mentally, but, is handled if it is just once in a while. And when goes overboard you start losing control over them, which is not good for your health, both, physical and mental.

 

Things will never improve

Generally, when we face any issue or some problem, the reply we get from a friend is things will improve or things will get better, once you come to this situation you will understand that things can never get better in that marriage after a point. This point is not for everyone, it is mainly for the people who are unhappy and feel empty, in their marriage, and after a point, it is impossible to live as a couple in a house. So, at that point stop believing in the fantasy phrase that things will get better because it isn’t happening, hence, just move on because there is a huge difference between hope and stupidity.
